Hey Sandi....just a quick note tn tell you a little story of something that haqppened. Last week my yorkie, 14y/o and almost blind decided to take a walk by himself at night. He got lost and turned around.....he was just so confused-poor thing. We looked and looked for over an hour, crying my eyes out I had the most brilliant idea !! KEYAH !! I paid for tracking classes and by god we were gonna try it. So I found the last place I knew he was and we went "findin it". She followed the scent to the end of the yard and lost it on the brick driveway .....then her head came up as all sighthounds will do and she got it in the air.....pointed us in the right direction and DAMN if I didnt find him up the street (about a block away) just wandering around....lost. BUT KEYAH FOUND HIM !! If she hadnt of pointed us in the right direction I cant say that he would have been found alive. Just thought you might like to know what 6 weeks of tracking classes did for us. Once we get a chance to go back out and practice, there is no doubt in my mind that she will do great !! Sherri Moury
